I am so sorry for your loss. It was my honor to work with him for many years. He was the very definition of a family man. A day didn’t go by that he didn’t express his love for and pride in his family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Delores, I am so very sorry to hear of Ed’s passing. The thing I remember most and admired so much was how much he loved Angie and you. He was so proud of Angie. My Jenna and Angie started Beekman together and I know how close he and Angie were and how much Ed loved being her daddy. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you both and I know that God has a special place in heaven for such and kind and loving man.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Ed. He was always good. He liked nothing better than to help someone else.

The last time I saw him was at the UM MSU hockey game. I watched as he made sure that everyone in his section had a good experience. He made sure that families with kids would be able to enjoy the game. He was a great ambassador for MSU.

I remember well when he received the “Iron Man” award at the MDA Lab for his work on the renovation.

It saddens me that I will no longer see him when I go to a football or hockey game. I take comfort in the fact that he enriched so many people’s lives and that he will not be forgotten. I had the opportunity to learn from Ed what it means to be a “good man.”

May God bless you in your time of grief.

I just wanted to let you know how sorry we are to hear of Ed’s sudden passing. We didn’t have the privilege of knowing him for a great length of time, buit in the time we knew him, he was always about taking care of special needs children. and all children for that matter. Iremember the first time he met my daughter, he had a stuffed animal to offer her. he dedicated himself to his family and especially to Angie. He tirelessly worked getting donations for the Beekman Car Show and was always at Spartan Speeedway trying to raise money to make a difference. Our hearts are a little fuller having known the person Ed was. Might we as strive as hard to help one another.
