Sharon, I am so sorry to hear of Alan’s passing. I know words cannot express how your heart aches with sadness, emptiness and sorrow. I was only a friend in passing, coming in and out of your lives during my periodic visits to Michigan over the years, but I’m very happy for the times I did have with you, Alan and the entire family. You guys always made me feel right at home, like I was part of the pack. Alan was a great guy who always offered a friendly smile, a cold beverage and a warm hello. I always looked forward to the Christmas card games..We weren’t the best poker players in the world but it wasn’t the money we played for anyway…it was the joy and camaraderie of family and friends. Alan was a great guy who will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family. God Bless.

Aunt Sharon, I am so sorry for the pain and grief you must be experiencing.
Al was a wonderful man, who loved everyone he met and enjoyed every moment of life. He loved his family so much and you could see it in all he did. Hold those memories close and know that he will always be near.
All my love, prayers, and thoughts are with you.
