William "Bill" DeChelbor, Jr.
Age 76, of Quincy, Illinois, died Monday, July 23, 2012. He was born October 10, 1935. Son of the late William (Sr) and Marion (Schweppe) DeChelbor. Preceded in death by wife Joyce, brothers Ted, James, Donald, Robert and Michael and Sister Rose. He was formerly of Lansing.
Bill was in the U.S. Army (’53-’56), owned Hair styles by William for 25 years and retired from the State of Michigan. He is survived by sister Anne; three daughters, Debra Way (Scott), Kimberly (Walter) Dushane, Tane Wilson; cousin, Joan; six grandchildren, Korinne DuMouchelle (Shayne), Jeremy, Matthew, Kyle, Katelyn and Thomas; and three great-grandchildren, Joseph, Addyson and Isabella.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2012, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, 325 W. Washtenaw St., Lansing, MI, with visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m.
