Lois Mae Hanson

Of Lansing,  Born October 14, 1931 in Lansing, Michigan daughter of the late Fred and Marie (Auge) Hall died Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the age of 80. Lois grew up in Lansing, was a lifetime active member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, and enjoyed spending summers for the past 60 years at Crystal Lake in Frankfort, MI.

Surviving is her husband of 63 years, Harry Hanson; their 4 children, Greg (Kathy) Hanson, Jeff Hanson, Katrina (John) Calabrese and Lisa (Greg) Mobley and Jeff Diedrich, whom was like a son. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4001 S. Pennsylvania, Lansing with Pastor Michael C. Bater officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church on Thursday for one hour prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions, in memory of Lois, to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Arrangements by Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.
