Helen R. Brackney
Age 82, of Holt, MI, passed away March 14, 2013. She was born May 9, 1930, in Traverse City, the only daughter of Michael and Gladys Brief. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; daughter, Sheila Campbell; grandson, Jason; her parents; and brothers, Robert, Joseph, Leonard and Anthony. Surviving are: daughter, Colette (Gene) Falter of Grand Island, NY; grandchildren, Denny (Connie) Campbell, Kimberly (Chad Erskine, Tina (Neil) Tupper; 5 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and brothers, Raymond (LaDonna) Brief and Gerald (Barb) Brief.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, with Fr. Bill Lugger officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday.
