Miss you, Mom, but I will see you soon. Spent the day thinking about you and planning your memorial service including lots of music. John, whose piano playing you loved, and Pastor Wangelin will prepare something awesome!! Will be singing for you one more time. Until then, tell Gail, Dad, and Morry “Hi” from me! Love you all.

Virginia Hitchcock was an awesome lady. I met her back around 1975 and loved her immediately. Twinkling eyes, sunny disposition, willing to help train a new Ford Motor Company co-worker in the fine details of the “Stationery Stores” operations, and a most interesting story teller — she was a very hard working person who paid great attention to the details of her job. I admire that in a person! As the new kid on the block, she set a fine example for me to follow. And in our retirement years, it was fun to spend time with her in Safety Harbor, Florida. She’s now in Heaven, and I hope to meet her again at some future time.
