Sherman O. "John" Heydenreich

Lansing, Michigan.  Born November 7, 1923 in Deer, Arkansas son of the late Herman and Tennie Heydenreich died Friday, February 15, 2013 at age 89. He was owner and operator of Quality Auto Trim, for many years, together with his late wife of 50 years, Floy. After retiring they left the business to their son Dennis, now deceased. He loved fishing and had many fishing buddies and life time friends. Sherman served in the U.S. Army 34th Infantry during WWII receiving a Purple Heart along with many other medals. He loved his three granddaughters, Tricia Kay Sharp, Christa Lee Heydenreich, and Angelique Marie (Shaun) Blain and his beloved grandsons, Kyle Joseph Sherman Sharp and Jayden Riley Blain. He is also survived by two brothers, Arvie and Robert and two sisters, Jessie Faye and MaryAnn and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. Per his wish, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in Sherman’s memory to the Disabled American Veterans (D.A.V.).
