Keith D. Lundberg

Age 78, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away March 16, 2015. He was born June 10, 1936, in Lansing, the son of Roy and Gertrude Lundberg.

Keith was a graduate of Lansing Eastern High School. He had a 30-year career with Michigan Bell / AT&T followed by 11 years with the State of Michigan. He enjoyed golfing and bowling and spending time at his cottage.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Janice; children, Steven Lundberg and Kimberly Lundberg; 3 grandchildren, Marshall, Tanner and Madison; sister, Janice (Bill) Hause; brother-in-law, Jim Koessel; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Roy and Gertrude; brother, Chuck; and sister, Betty Koessel.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday and beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hometown Home Health and Hospice of Lansing.

A loving husband, father, and grandfather. Keith was a good neighbor and friend of the family. He will be missed.

The wonderful memories I have of being with you and Keith, right now remembering the first time in Florida, we laughed until we cried. Prayers are with all of you, Keith will be missed so much, just can’t believe what we have lost. You are a strong woman Jan. Thanks Steve for calling me. Love to all of you.

To Keith’s family, please accept my sympathy for your loss. Keith was a good telephone man, also a good golfer.
I remember many good times playing with Keith in the Michigan Bell golf league over the years.
I will keep Keith and family in my prayers.
