Fleta F. Kinney (Curtis)

Age 91, passed away May 9, 2014.  She was born August 13, 1922 in Sac City, Iowa.   Fleta’s family was of utmost importance to her and she will be dearly missed by her family.  When she was able, she enjoyed doing embroidery work, word-search puzzles, was an avid wrestling fan, and loved going to rummage sales (she could find a bargain anywhere).

Fleta was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne C. Kinney in 2001; her son-in-law, James R. Riggle in 2013; 1 sister; and 2 brothers.  Surviving are:  daughter, Rita Riggle; sons, Curtis (Jacqueline) Kinney, Dennis Kinney and Darrell (Debi) Kinney; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and other extended family members.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel with Pastor Tom F. Arthur of Sycamore Creek Church officiating.  Interment will follow at Deepdale Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Chapel from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 13.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Mommy I miss you so much! I was in the hospital having a stint put in but I should of cancelled to be at your funeral! I’m very sorry something that I will Always regret R.I.P. LOVE YOUR SON! I miss you dad every day please forgive me mother!?
