    Dear Mr. Fox,
I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers and thoughts.
It was my great joy and honor to work with Marilyn when she was secretary to the Director of the Telecommunications Division. Her work was always excellent and her cheerful attitude was outstanding. She was a very warm and caring person who treated all she met with a smile and a “Hello, how may I help you?” greeting.
