Grandpa, there has never been a finer man than you. You showed me the love of a true Grandson. Your time with me on years of vacation conversing of things present and past will always remind me of you. You are a Mans Man, a Hero and a figure that I have always looked up to. Thank you for my family as you are why I have the family I have. Your compassion for me and wisdom that you have passed to me are beyond words of deepest gratification. I love you and will miss you until I see you again in Heaven. Thank you for being my Hero, My Grandpa and friend.

Grandpa, You have always been there for everyone. For 95 years you have been a special part of everyone’s lives. Not only did you always make us laugh, but also helped us in tough times. You taught many-including myself- how to fly-fish. You are a courageous, brave man who fought for our country and freedom. No one will forget your courage, smarts, and love. I love you Grandpa and I will see you when I get to heaven.

What will we do without our Grandpa? Losing both Grandparents leaves us with a huge, empty place in our hearts. Your love, humor, wit, life experience, advice and smell of cherry tobacco will reside in my memories for all time. You are the epitome of Grandpa and I’m so proud to have been your Granddaughter! Thank you for the precious memories. Chandyn and Genna were blessed to have known you and loved their Great Grandpa. We will keep your memory alive with stories and traditions. God bless and I’ll see you in my dreams.
