Alice Lorraine Hoisington

Lansing, Michigan.

Born December 19, 1921 in Eaton County, Michigan daughter of the late Roy and Mable Flanner passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 at age 94.

Alice was a homemaker who always put family first.  Surviving are her 5 children: Helen Jenks of Marshall, William A. Hoisington of Lansing, Judy Gonzales of Lansing, Jean (David) Lamb of Grand Ledge, and Patricia (Bill) Hammond of Lansing; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Helen, Charlotte, Katie, and Cassilda; 3 brothers, Bob, Louis, and Patrick along with many nieces, nephews and their families.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Hoisington; infant son, John Paul Hoisington and several of her siblings.

Alice was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed her many friends at MediLodge of Lansing.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.  Interment will follow at Deepdale Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
