Paul Chris "Sweet Corn" McDaniel

Lansing, Michigan.

Age 57, Paul passed away October 9, 2014. He was born December 30, 1956, in Lansing, and graduated from Eastern High School in 1976. Paul was a DJ with the Lansing Jaycees, where he was known as “Sweet Corn.” He worked for General Motors, retiring in 2009.

Paul is survived by: his wife of 16 years, Tammy; 3 children, Tiffany Tartamella, Autumn McDaniel, and Paul McDaniel, II; brothers, Mark (Lori) McDaniel and Garry (Karen) Bremer; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul McDaniel and Beverly Bremer; grandparents, Bernard and Bea Christy; sister, Diane Goddard; and niece, Kristen McDaniel.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2014, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Paul’s family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
