Elmer "Gene" Fulcher

Age 72, of Holt, MI, passed away September 20, 2013.  He was born March 13, 1941, in Gleason, TN, to Lytle and Willie May Fulcher.  Gene retired from GM in 1991, and enjoyed horseshoes, shuffleboard, racing and dancing.  He was very social, and liked spending time with his family and friends.  He was a member of the Eagles Lodge.

Surviving are:  his wife, Patricia; daughter, Kathy (Mark) Barclay; son, Russell (Lisa) Fulcher; 6 grandchildren, Karie (Steve) Bacon, Matthew (Kristie) Corbett, Shanell Edwards, Shelda (Mike) Griffen, Ginia Barclay and Ross Fulcher; 6 great-grandchildren; and sister, Maudie (Ron) Crook.  He was preceded in death by:  son, Thomas Gene Fulcher, his parents and 6 siblings.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2013, at Glendale Cemetery, 2500 Mt. Hope Rd., Okemos.  Memorial contributions may be made to Sparrow Hospice Services in memory of Gene Fulcher.  Arrangements by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.
