My deepest condolence to you Mrs. Reifsnyder and to Rita and Renee. I have many fond memories of your husband/father and although I wasn’t personally in touch I did follow your family by my family. Growing up I always had a sence of security knowing your father was a police officer. I will keep your family in my prayers.

I made grape leaves today in honor of Chuck! Our thoughts are with the entire family. He has a beautiful family and will look down on them proudly. Sixty two years of marriage is something to be very proud of. Hugs to all of you.

So sorry to hear of Chucks passing. He asked my dad for a letter of recommendation to join the PD back in the 50’s. He never forgot that and arrainged for a police escort for my dads funeral. If I remember right he road motorcycle and came into my dads grocery store at Barnes and Logan. God bless him and his family and friends.

I’ve known Chuck almost 20 years. He could always make me laugh with some comment about UM v. MSU or Lansing politics or how bad the Democrats were screwing up the country! He cared deeply for Em and nothing brought him joy like his grandchildren. We will miss him.
