I have only met Bob one time but this meeting made a lasting impact. It was at the family’s annual Halloween bash and I was immediately welcomed. Bob was warm and inviting, easy to talk to, and I enjoyed his company. What I know most is what an amazing person Roberta is. She is kind, giving, hard working, open and honest. She will give up every second of her spare time to help someone in need. You can trust Roberta. You can rely on her. You can guarentee when you need warmth, reassurance or just a listening ear Roberta will be there for you. A person as wonderful as she is only comes from great parents which tells me so much more about the kind of was person Bob is. Even though my time with him was brief, I am forever grateful to Bob for giving me my friend Roberta.

Aunt Violet & all my beautiful cousins, I am so sorry for the sudden loss of this precious man, husband, dad, & to me Uncle Bob. I grieve with you & for myself for not having had the privilege of spending more time with him. The memories I do have of him are few because of distance but I remember I always enjoyed being around him & all of you. I have good memories, I will think of him with much affection. I feel your loss. He lives on in each of us who hold him in our hearts.
Thank You heavenly Father for having graced this earth with a precious soul as my Uncle Bob. Give comfort & consolation to his family in the days ahead, let them feel Your loving arms around them at their darkest moments. Remind them of all the special moments as they recall his life & their life together & above all, let them realize a part of him is in each of them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Aunt Violet, I cannot imagine the incredible aloneness you will face even in the midst of so many loved ones as when your husband was taken, he took a great portion of you with him. I especially pray you will look to your heavenly Father in those crushing moments that will come & let it all out as He knows your heart best. I wish I could be there to give you a big long hug & just hold you & soothe your broken heart. But I can’t be so I have asked God to do it for me in many little ways in the days to come. Look for Him, He will be showing His love to you & for you & you will know it is Him.
I love you my peeps & will be thinking of you all & praying for the easing of the pain to make it bearable. I’m there with you in spirit & I send much love to you all.
Dee

My dear Robin, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember at work I had the pleasure to meet your parents. You have such a loving and caring family. I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet both your folks. Heaven has a good soul looking out for all of you now. He is now in your hearts, mind, and soul. GOD Bless. My prayers to you and your entire family. Love you.
