Grace A. Bogard

Age 89, of Grand Ledge, MI, passed away May 14, 2013. She was born April 13, 1924, in Lansing, daughter of the late Lee and Doris West.

Grace retired from the Department of Natural Resources after 27 years.

She is survived by her children, Gary (Patty) Bogard and Sue (G.T.) Mustang; grandchildren, Stephanie Bogard Trapp (Phil), Niki (Jeff) Marsh, Shannon (Don) Mooney, and Jason (Dana) Shire; 3 stepgrandchildren; great-grandchildren, Corey, Dylan, Amber, Drew, Jordan, Austin, Ashley, Isabel, and Josh; 9 step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Ivan, in 2005, 1 brother and 3 sisters.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society or Disabled American Veterans.
