Izetta Rose Marie (Box) Graham

Age 84, of Holt, passed away April 18, 2013. She was born September 11, 1928, in Lansing, to Wilbur and Maggie (Mead) Box.

She was a lifelong member of the Church of the Nazarene and a local hospital volunteer for over 30 years.

She is survived by her children, Becky (Bob) Kellogg and Norman P. (Kathleen) Graham; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and sister, Vada Halstead. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 64 years, Milton J. Graham in 2010; son, Robert L. Graham; sisters, Viola Hartig and Ulysia Gilbert; and brothers, Nick and Norman Box.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at First Church of the Nazarene, 310 Elmwood Rd., Lansing, MI. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel and from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Nazarene Compassionate Ministries.

Becky, Norman and families,
We are so sorry to hear of Aunt Rosies passing. She was a lovely lady who always had a twinkle in her eye. Loved visiting with her on the few occasions that the entire family was together.
Unfortunately we will not be able to attend the services, but want you to know that you are in our thoughts.

To a beautiful lady’s famliy, Sorry of your lost and our prayers are with you all. The frist time I went to church at Frist Church, I walked in and there was Milt and Rose. I was lost of where to go and do, so Rose took me under her wings help me out and so nice to me and I had a friend for life. I loved her kindly smile,a friendly face with a sweet vioce.Loved to visit with her. Happy God gave me the opportunity to be freind with a beautiful lady. Heaven is a luck place to have you there. RIP my friend….
