So sorry to hear about Billie Joe’s passing. Though there is joy in knowing he is with the Lord (and my Mom) now, there is sadness in the physical loss. You are all in my prayers – the Lord will get you through. Love to you all.

Deb and I hope that you all can take comfort in the fact that Uncle Billy Joe can breathe freely now and has gone to a better place where he is surrounded by those he loved who went before him.

Aunt Lorene, Some of the best days ever were when you and Uncle Billie Joe and would come south to visit. I remember the love and joy and optimism and encouragement that you brought with you. I never thought about it until now but maybe that’s why he drove such a big car. You guys needed lots of room for all that love you carried. I love you and miss you and I’m not sure what vehicle he took to heaven but i know he made record time. He was the best!

Ken / Lynn,

I am very sorry to hear about Billy Joe’s passing,

I have nothing but fond memorys of him up. He was always supporting all of outdoor adventures growing up by letting us take his camper and what every else we needed on the many hunting and fishing trips we took in high school. He was a very kind and caring man. I am sorry to say I am working out of state this week and will be unable to attend any services this week.

My thoughts and prays are with your family.

Regards Scott

As Billie’s neighbor, I looked forward to his deck greetings when I got home from work and on the weekends. I will absolutely miss hearing his voice from over the fence and our silly chats. They meant a lot to me. Rest in peace, Billie.
